His key strengths include loyalty, attention to detail, proactive security alerts, and an exceptional ability to detect snacks within a 50-metre radius, particularly sausages, which remain both a personal favourite and a powerful motivator.
When he’s not overseeing operations or supporting IT recruitment efforts, you’ll find him recharging in a sunny spot, ready for his next meeting.
Abbie
Abbie's journey with Forman IT began as a Resourcer, progressing through the ranks as a 360 Recruitment Consultant before becoming Sales Director. With over 14 years of experience in IT recruitment, she's built her career on determination, ambition and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Naturally competitive and never one to shy away from a challenge, Abbie thrives on finding solutions where others might have hit a dead end. She prides herself on building trust, developing lasting relationships and bringing a personal approach to everything she does.
Today, Abbie oversees the commercial direction and day-to-day operations of Forman IT, driving new business and strengthening client relationships. For her, recruitment is about far more than filling vacancies — it's about understanding people, delivering results and building partnerships that last.
Outside the office, Abbie enjoys the finer things in life, from chasing the sunshine and exploring new destinations to discovering great restaurants, shopping and enjoying a well-deserved glass of wine with family and friends.

Tiffany
Every successful business needs someone who can keep the wheels turning, solve problems before they become disasters, and bring a little order to the chaos. At Forman IT, that person is Tiffers!
As Operations Manager, Tiffers is the driving force behind the scenes, keeping the business running smoothly and making sure the team has everything they need to do what they do best. From managing day-to-day operations and improving internal systems to embracing new technology and finding smarter ways of working, there's rarely a challenge she won't get stuck into.
A natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail, Tiffers loves nothing more than figuring out how to make something work better. She's particularly enthusiastic about technology, and automation, and firmly believes that if there's a more efficient way of doing something, it's worth finding.
But perhaps her greatest strength is her determination. Having faced and overcome significant personal challenges, including a battle with cancer, Tiffers knows firsthand the importance of resilience, perseverance and refusing to give up. Her journey through treatment and recovery has only strengthened her already formidable willpower and her determination to face whatever life throws her way.
Known for her strong will, straight-talking approach and ability to juggle a dozen things at once, Tiffers brings a combination of organisation, creativity and personality to Forman IT.
And when she's not keeping the business on track? She's probably exploring the latest technology, finding a new project to get stuck into, or reminding Bentley that despite his impressive job title, she's still the one running operations!
Daniel
With nearly a decade of experience in technology recruitment, Dan knows a thing or two about finding the right people for the right opportunities. Combining his recruitment expertise with qualifications in IT Hardware and Security, he brings a genuine understanding of the technology behind the roles, helping him connect talented professionals with businesses looking to build exceptional IT teams.
For Dan, recruitment is about much more than matching CVs to job descriptions. It's about getting to know people, understanding what makes them tick and building honest, lasting relationships. With his approachable nature, technical knowledge and a healthy dose of humour, he brings both professionalism and personality to everything he does.
Outside the world of recruitment, Dan is a proud dad and a football fanatic. A devoted Arsenal supporter (for better or worse!), he also spends time coaching football at Chelsea FC — proving that even the fiercest football rivalries can occasionally be put aside for the love of the game! His passion for coaching reflects his belief in teamwork, developing potential and helping others achieve their goals, both on and off the pitch.
When he's not recruiting, coaching or cheering on Arsenal, Dan is a big animal lover, an enthusiastic foodie and a self-confessed supplier of dad jokes — whether anyone has actually asked to hear one or not!
With a genuine passion for people, a love of football and an endless supply of questionable jokes, Dan firmly believes that success comes from building great relationships, working together and never taking yourself too seriously.
